Whose queue is this?

If you're the only person in your workspace, this page doesn't affect you: every draft is yours. It matters once a second person joins.

Everyone works their own queue

Your Tasks page shows the drafts written for you — the ones on contacts you own. Your teammate sees theirs. Neither of you has to scroll past the other's work, and you can't both send the same message by accident.

Contacts nobody owns yet are fair game for everyone's autopilot. The moment your agent starts working one, it becomes yours, so it stops appearing in anyone else's queue.

What an admin sees

If you're an admin of a team with more than one person, a Showing queue for picker appears above the tabs. You can look at:

  • Your own queue — where you always start. It never opens on somebody else's work.
  • A teammate's queue — to see what's piling up, or to help clear it while they're away.
  • Everyone on the team — a per-person summary: how many messages and decisions each person has waiting, and how long the oldest has sat there.

While you're in someone else's queue, a bar stays on screen saying so. It doesn't scroll away, because that's exactly when it matters.

Members who aren't admins don't see the picker at all. They land straight in their own queue.

The picker works the same way on the Decisions tab. Your AI Agent's suggested changes come from each person's own work, so your Decisions are yours by default; an admin can open a teammate's, or Everyone on the team to see every waiting change in one list.

Whose account does a message leave from?

The owner's — never yours.

If you're an admin and you send a message waiting in a teammate's queue, it goes out from their connected LinkedIn account, under their name, inside their daily limits, and the reply lands in their conversation. You're clearing their queue, not messaging on your own behalf.

There's one thing an admin still can't do: ask an AI Agent to write a new message for someone else's contact. Helping clear a queue is one thing; taking over someone's book of business is another. To do that, reassign the contact to yourself first.

Decisions are shared

The Decisions tab isn't split by person. When an agent learns something about who buys, or wants to change how your messages sound, that affects everybody's outreach — so everybody sees it and anyone can answer it.
