Change your plan or add capacity

What you'll get: more credits, seats or active ICPs the moment you need them. Running low halfway through a good month is the worst time to be blocked. You don't have to wait for your next billing date, and you don't have to jump a whole plan to get one more of something.

The Upgrade plan button on a notice brings you straight here.

What you'll need

  • You must be a team admin. If you're a member, you'll see the page and your team's numbers but no buttons — ask your admin to make the change.

Steps

  1. Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar, then Billing.

  2. Look at the meters at the top. They show what your team has used this month against what your plan allows: credits, people on your team, and active ICPs.

  3. Find the plan you want in the grid. Your current plan is outlined. Under each card's Credits each month dropdown, a box shows every month as a funnel: how many new contacts or companies are screened free, roughly how many companies are taken all the way and how many decision-makers are ready to message (ranges that depend on your ICP; the ⓘ says how they're worked out), and unlimited messages and Sales Coworker. See what each step costs shows the price of each step. It follows the dropdown as you change it. Under the cards you'll see what happens if you run out of credits.

  4. Make the card fit your team with its three dropdowns:

    • Credits each month: 500 more credits a month per block, €60 each.
    • Seats: another person on your team, €50 a month each.
    • Active ICPs: another ICP running at once, €50 a month each.

Every option shows the new total and what it adds, for example 2,700 credits / mo · +€60. The price at the top of the card updates as you go and splits it into the plan and the add-ons, so you always see the total before you commit.

  5. Press Update on your current plan, or Switch to Scale (or whichever plan you chose).

  6. Read the confirmation box. It tells you the new monthly price and when it takes effect — this is the part worth pausing on:

    • Adding capacity is paid for now. You'll see two figures: what is charged today, and the new monthly amount from your next billing date. Moving up a plan is worked out pro rata, so you're credited for the part of your old plan you haven't used.
    • Reducing capacity waits for your next billing date. You keep what you've already paid for until the period ends. If one change both adds and reduces — more credits but one fewer seat — the whole change waits, so there's one clear before and after rather than a half-applied plan.
  7. Press Confirm. If you're buying for the first time you'll be taken to Stripe to enter your card; otherwise the payment is taken from the card you already have on file. Three things can happen next:

    • It goes through. Your new capacity arrives a moment later and the meters update on their own.
    • Your bank wants to approve it. You'll be sent to a page to confirm, and your capacity arrives as soon as you have.
    • The card is declined. Nothing is charged and nothing changes — you keep the plan you had, and you can try again with a different card from Receipts and payment method.

Topping up for a busy month

Raising Credits each month gives you more every month. If you've simply had one busy month, use the Top up your credits card below the plans instead: 500 credits for €75, 1,000 for €130 or 2,500 for €300, charged once. Top-up credits last 12 months and are used after your plan's credits. The Top up credits link on a notice or in the sidebar brings you straight to it.

You'll know it worked when…

the meters at the top, and Credits · N left in the sidebar, update by themselves once the payment clears — usually within a second or two. You don't need to reload anything. Work that paused for credits picks up again on its own, oldest first.

tip

If the meters haven't moved after a few moments, the payment probably needs approving with your bank; check your email or open Receipts and payment method. If you're on a custom plan we manage with you, you'll see your usage but no plan grid — get in touch and we'll change it for you.
